Staff Profiles

Derek T. Danis – dtdanis@danisandcompany.com
Derek began working at JTJ Associates with his father in 1991, in which he became a principle
owner in 1997. He and his father changed the name to Danis & Danis Ltd in 2002. Derek
graduated from Bentley College in 1997 with a B.S. degree in accounting. Derek has a working
knowledge of QuickBooks and received his Registered Tax Return Preparer certificate in May
2012. Derek has taken over the company after John retired in 2020. Derek is currently a Fire
Lieutenant & EMT with the New Boston Fire Department in his hometown of New Boston, NH.
Derek serves as a Fire Ward for the Town of New Boston, NH and the treasurer of both the New
Boston Fire Association and the New Hampshire State Firemen’s Association.

Manon Faucher – mfaucher@danisandcompany.com
Manon joined Danis & Danis Ltd in December 2008, as a parttime bookkeeper and has grown
along with the company over the years. In addition to her bookkeeping skills, Manon is now a
tax preparer, and she also manages the Arundel, Maine office.

Eric Marshall – emarshall@danisandcompany.com
Eric joined Danis & Danis Ltd in January 2022 after working with the State of NH for 23 years as
an accountant. Eric graduated from New Hampshire College with his BS in Business
Administration. Eric has taken over the HR & office responsibilities of the company along with
the client bookkeeping & tax preparation services.
